Apex Legends Mobile Release Dates

Apex Legends Mobile will soon be available in more countries. The game first debuted in a closed beta last year that was available in a few countries, but starting next week, the game will be available in a “limited regional launch” as a free download in 10 countries on iOS and Android. People in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Mexico, Peru, Argentina, and Colombia will all be able to download Apex Legends Mobile, according to a post on Respawn’s website.

The game was also available in India during the closed beta, but it’s not on the list for the limited regional launch, and we’ve asked EA / Respawn for comment as to why that might be. Respawn didn’t specify when Apex Legends Mobile might come out in more places. “We’ll be sharing updates on global launch once we’ve made informed decisions coming out of the limited regional launch,” Respawn said. “If you’re in one of the participating test countries, pre-registration is now open. We’re still actively testing the app around the world, and we can’t wait for more players to join the fun at launch!” If you want to see if your phone is compatible, check out the requirements on Respawn’s FAQ. The game is built “specifically for mobile,” so you won’t be able to play with the console or PC versions of the game. Mobile-focused takes on hit console or PC games have proven to be very popular; PUBG Mobile and Call of Duty: Mobile were two of the top App Store downloads in January, according to Sensor Tower data. They can also be quite lucrative. Riot Games’ League of Legends: Wild Rift has generated more than $150 million in consumer spending, reports data.ai (formerly App Annie), while Call of Duty: Mobile has surpassed an astonishing $1.5 billion in player spending, Sensor Tower says. Apex Legends Mobile isn’t EA’s only big bet on a mobile shooter — the company is also working on a Battlefield mobile game that is in early playtests.

Genshin Impact Gamers Are Happy About Elevators in Teapot

A group of Genshin Impact players is discussing the upsides and downsides of miHoYo adding elevators to player housing through the Serenitea Pot. Ever since Genshin Impact update 1.5, players have been able to build and customize their own housing in the Serenitea Pot. Also known as the Teapot, Housing, Homeland, and the Realm Within, this space allows gamers to construct elaborate homes and share the designs with friends. Now, one new feature recently added to the Serenitea Pot, an elevator system, has a number of Genshin Impact players very excited.
The Serenitea Pot is contained with a gadget of the same name that can be acquired after players reach Adventure Rank 28 and complete the "A New Star Approaches" Archon Quest. After finishing both steps, the quest "A Teapot to Call Home" will be unlocked. After gaining the Serenitea Pot, players can activate it by placing it on any flat surface and entering the Teapot. The arrival of player housing in Genshin Impact has gathered some attention, but Redditor heavycloudss8 recently kicked off a new discussion by showcasing the addition of elevators. In Genshin Impact, these elevators take the form of floating, glowing platforms that rise quickly through the air when triggered. Deactivating the elevator appears to happen more or less automatically, but it takes a while. The elevator platform itself resides in the center of four small pillars when not in use. Heavycloudss8's video shows themself running around the Teapot as new character Yae Miko and riding the elevators repeatedly to show them off. However, the video also highlights a few problems with the way the elevators currently function--namely, there's no control over how high the elevator rises, and they can't be manually reset. This means that players will have to be ready to hop off the elevator at the right time or simply glide to the correct destination. Otherwise, they may find themselves stuck on a platform hovering far above the landscape, even if the Teapot features multiple floors. While the elevator goes too high for heavycloudss8's build, a second user noted that it didn't go high enough for theirs. This means that users who want to incorporate the elevators into their designs will have to do some serious rearrangement. Alternately, they could simply design the contents of their Serenitea Pot around the elevators' capabilities. Several other users complained that the Teapot needs a larger load limit to truly exploit the elevators, while more users expressed a desire for miHoYo to let players build stairs without having to exploit glitches. Genshin Impact is now available on Mobile, PC, PS4, and PS5. A Switch version is in development.

Amir Khan vs Kell Brook LIVE Updates

There has been a lot of talking and more than a decade of waiting, but finally Amir Khan and Kell Brook will settle their rivalry in the ring this evening as the British pair go head-to-head in a main-event bout at the AO Arena in Manchester. The former champions have known each other since their teenage days, even before Khan announced himself to the world as Team GB’s youngest ever boxing medalist at the 2004 Olympics. The Bolton-born fighter and rival Brook, representing Sheffield, both went on to win world titles, with Khan also competing in major fights in the United States.

Despite the now-35-year-olds’ strong dislike for one another and a long-standing demand from fans for the fighters to settle their differences between the ropes, a bout has eluded the competitors and their followers until now. Tonight, Khan and Brook face off in a catchweight bout at 149lbs, with the opponents having traded harsh words this week at a fiery press conference and heated weigh-in. “I’m worried about a few things. I’m worried about Kell’s health after the beating I’m gonna be giving him,” Khan said on Thursday. Brook retorted: “He’s definitely gonna sleep Saturday night when I smash him in. He’s going on his face or his back, one of the two.” On the undercard, heavyweight Frazer Clarke makes his professional debut following his medal-winning venture for Team GB at last summer’s Tokyo Olympics, and Natasha Jonas makes her third attempt at becoming a world champion. Amir Khan and Kell Brook will finally meet in the centre of the ring tonight - more than a decade after their rivalry first started to boil over. The two former world champions have been on a collision course for much of their respective careers, but have always failed to agree terms for a fight - until now. After weeks of fractious build-up, the Manchester Arena ring will clear tonight and fans across the country will finally have answers. Will Khan's speed and skill be enough to bamboozle Brook? Or will the Sheffield man have too much power for his slightly smaller rival? You can find out all the answers right here with our live coverage, with the first bell expected around 10.30pm. Several of the sport's leading talent have made their predictions for the fight tonight. These include Carl Froch, Conor Benn and the Azims who have just completed a double victory on the undercard.

Supernova who’s dragging the Emperors off their Thrones!

While I initially was of the opinion that the Yonko shouldn’t fall here, my perspective was a bit clouded. While I still regard the Yonko as titanic, especially Kaido and Big Mom, what the parties on Wano (Straw Hats, pirate allies, samurai and minks) have pulled off is incredibly impressive. From set up to glimpses of victory. Law and Luffy have been planning this for some time now, Kid has been challenging Yonkos since he rolled up in the New World.

We didn’t get to see those two train like we’ve seen Luffy train so their growth may feel a bit all of a sudden. Obviously, we’ve been with Law for some time now but he must have trained between Dressrosa and Onigashima. Kid has been facing off against scary opponents since he got to the New World so it’s natural that he got stronger as well. Him and Killer have improved much since we saw them on Sabaody. Both Law & Kid’s Awakenings are ridiculous. Law with his Kroom and subsequent shock attacks and Kid with his focus on external damage via force and pressure (cool ass rail gun attack also helps). While it could be depicted better, magnetic pressure is insanely strong. My point is that the Yonko, Big Mom and Kaido in specific, are renown for their incredible power and they have shown that here. But they’ve also shown their arrogance, that goes for both Big Mom and Kaido. For the most part, they have underestimated and belittled this New Generation. Even during the dying embers of the fight, losing wasn’t a consideration. When Tama turned many of the Gifters on them and their top officers and commanders started dropping, they should have taken this more seriously. But even at the end, Big Mom remains arrogant. Kaido has been on the roof this whole time so I’m not sure he even knows that King and Queen have been defeated. My point is that Luffy, Law and Kid have seriously stepped up and by the end of this will have earned the right to be respected (and feared) as pirates who can hold their own against Yonkos and you love to see it.
